OnePlus may not be able to get you its current phone, but that isn’t stopping the company from hawking another.

The invite-only phone maker took to its blog to announce the OnePlus X on Wednesday. There were no actual details about the device—only that a full reveal will come at an event in London on October 29—but so far there are no signs that it’ll be a bizarre virtual reality event like the one held for the OnePlus Two.

Android Community managed to grab a screenshot from a short-lived listing on Amazon India. According to that post, and a previous FCC filing, the device will launch with a 5.5-inch display, a 1.9GHz processor, and support for LTE and Bluetooth.

The leaked picture shows an iPhone-inspired design, but we’ll have to wait for the launch event to find out if this is a legit view.

Leaked photos from a recent FCC filing combined with details that an Amazon India listing briefly revealed are helping us piece together what could be the next phone from OnePlus.

An interesting tidbit is the possible inclusion of ClearForce technology from Synaptics, which uses a pressure-sensitive display like Apple’s iPhone 6s. That would make the phone one of the few with a 3D-touch style input, though OnePlus would have to build that into the OS itself since Android doesn’t yet have native support for this type of feature.

You can check out the original post from OnePlus for other details, though it’s written in Chinese. There’s always Google Translate, but that renders a translation that sounds like a bizarre piece of late-night poetry:

No Cock fried day, no natural and eggs, no variety spike, but who does not intend to go beyond ......
only beauty, art, fashion ......
and our products a little thought, and awe.

The story behind the story: OnePlus is a company that hasn’t quite lived up to the grand superlatives to which it describes its products. The OnePlus Two is a solid enough phone, but you still have to wait for an invite if you actually want to buy one. If OnePlus wants to grow beyond being just an interesting sideshow in the Android marketplace, it needs to find a way to let you buy a device without any delay.
