The refresh rate in the VIZIO D32h-C0 LED TV is just 60Hz. This may not be very good number but this is a budget television and you get what you pay for. We can't completely write off this refresh rate as useless. It still does a very good job even when you play games on it. Since you'll be watching only 720p content on it, there will hardly any ghosting.

There are a couple of HDMI ports which can come in handy when you need to connect your console or even your laptop. There is a single USB 2.0 port which can be used to browse your pictures.
