Selena Gomez is weighing in on her growing pains, especially where her love life’s concerned.

“I think it’s healthy to gain a perspective on who you are deep down, question yourself and challenge yourself; it’s important to do that,” the “Same Old Love” songstress told PrideSource about questioning her sexuality. “I think everybody does, no matter who they are.”

Gomez, 23, whose on-and-off relationship with fellow pop star Justin Bieber has been long documented, is flying solo at the moment, despite reports that she’s coupled up with model Cara Delevingne.

“Honestly, I loved it. I didn’t mind it,” she said. “She’s incredible and very open and she just makes me open. She’s so fun and she’s just extremely adventurous, and sometimes I just want that in my life, so I didn’t mind it. I loved it.”

While Gomez offered up who she’d like to play her on-screen lesbian lover — Suki Waterhouse — the former Disney darling also had nothing but kind words for former flame Nick Jonas.

“He’s incredible, and I think it’s amazing,” Gomez dished about Jonas’ activism in the LGBT community. “I’ve known him for years — we were 14 when we met — so it’s crazy, because I actually knew him at a different time in his life. Now, to see him have this amazing perspective on life is awesome. I’m really proud of him.”

Like Gomez, Jonas, 23, has been doing fairly well for himself. The “Jealous” crooner not only has a few performances on deck, including Z100’s annual Jingle Ball concert, but has a 36-year-old lady love on his arm these days.
