All in all, I haven't spent a lot of time with the TV, but it was very affordable, has all the features and functionality I want, was easy to hang on the wall by myself (lightweight), and has excellent picture quality. What else do you need?

One thing I can note about the installation: the mounting hole pattern is very small and the mounting screws that come with it are very long. I was hanging it on a spare VideoSecu BD4 articulating wall mount (which was far more than capable but I wouldn't really recommend for a TV this small), and I had to run to the hardware store to get some new screws. The VESA pattern is 100x100, which puts the mounting supports very close together. This itself doesn't really cause any problems, and it does mean that none of the input ports on the back is blocked, but I guess it just looks kind of silly from behind. And the only screws it comes with are really long for some reason, which means it won't really work with that mount without spacers larger than I had or would trust. So I think I just ended up with like 6mm M4 screws or something like that.

It's a great TV. I like that it's actually 120Hz refresh and not the fake 'effective refresh rate' of the older E550i (though they do claim 240Hz 'effective refresh rate' because I guess some people shop for the highest number and disregard what the numbers actually mean).

I like that nobody is trying to sell me a 4k display that's 32" and viewed from 12 feet away. It's perfect, and the price is perfect.

Because of its WiFi connectivity and interactive apps, I chose this TV specifically. I hung this upstairs in the bedroom, and I didn't want to worry about paying or running wires for a new cable box or anything. I just wanted to use it for streaming content, and it fits the bill perfectly. Mostly Netflix and Amazon Prime Instant Video. I also plugged in the Amazon Fire TV Stick so my wife can watch Girls on HBO Go while I play video games downstairs. I'll probably get an HD antenna for watching football in bed, but other than that ... we're set.

I also own the Vizio E550i-B2 55" LED TV and, incidentally, the Vizio S4251w-B4 5.1 channel sound bar. I bought this new 32" LED TV in large part because of the quality of the previous Vizio products. I installed the TV this weekend, and it was an easy and very quick installation. The bulk of the process was, of course, hanging the separate wall mount. For the TV, you literally just take it out of the box, plug it in, and it's ready to go. It's a TV. It has legs if you prefer that, but I did not install them. I haven't yet worked through a proper color calibration process, but it's not bad out of the box. Your experience will vary, obviously, with different lighting conditions, source input, and personal preferences.
